Very centrally located for easy walking access to nice restaurants and shops. Also right on a tramline so can take that to and from the airport. Rooms are smallish but clean and tastefully done. Also appreciated that the hotel is doing its part to be environmentally friendly.

I liked this well-situated, safe, and quiet hotel very much. Breakfast was very good. My room and the property were fresh and clean. However, I found the basic toiletries on offer lacking (only shower soap/shampoo/hand soap), and my room's furnishings were austere (no comfortable chair). Also, I would have liked a full set of towels, including a washcloth and perhaps a spare set while one set was drying.

The bed was comfortable. However the pillows were a little hard for my taste. The breakfast was very good, served in a very nice, quiet area. The staff was efficient, courteous and always helpful. I'd have no problem staying there again.
