Exceptional Service from Start to Finish My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the personnel and staff I encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The level of hospitality was truly impressive. Everyone went above and beyond, and I consistently felt that the staff genuinely cared about providing an excellent experience. The attention to detail and responsiveness were exceptional throughout my entire stay. It is rare to experience this level of service at a hotel, and it made a significant difference. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and personalized. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and service are truly exceptional, and I look forward to staying here again.

The AC does not cool sufficiently in our room and did not work at all the last day of our stay. Definitely not a robust and reliable system so if you like your room cold, better rely on fans you bring. Unfortunate because it’s a good location.
