I loved how clean the recent up graded rooms looked! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Veronica went above and beyond! The next morning I had to take the shuttle, they took care of my luggage and even offer to let me know when the shuttle would arrive

Check in was great. We got an upgrade. However the receptionist didn’t tell us that as we were on the club floor breakfast was included. We missed the cut off time and had to pay in the main restaurant. Food was great. We chose from the À la Carte menu as it was cheaper and more to our needs than the buffet. We were very late getting to the hotel 2am so getting to sleep was not a problem. The management is in the process of upgrading the hotel so be prepared for some disruption.
