I love the area. The staff is amazing and very professional. They are also very kind and empathic. I’m grateful to stay here and for the experience. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. It’s very nice here and I would advise staying! I will definitely be back.

There is no front desk staff or staff on site at all. No house keeping. Asked for towels and never got them. Cheap blinds in the rooms that let in all the light. Bed had no middle support and nearly collapsed. Instead of a headboard to the bed it’s just a pillow. Shower has excessive hard water stains. Residual makeup stains on the bathroom door, walls in the bathroom and towels.

This is a tiny Studio but it was perfectly suited to our needs. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy as well. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent location! As a solo female, i felt very safe. The room was nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a converted house to studio rooms that are not very sound proof. The parking is a bit tight if you don't have a small car. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I would stay again.

The room was adorable. Perfect for two people. Location amazing…just steps to fresh smoothies, cafe’s, the soul serenity spa where we enjoyed massages and also indulged in delicious dining! We parked our car in the back of the building and left it there for the duration of our stay! Would absolutely go back. Staff immediately responded to any questions we had via text!!

No staff on site, cobwebs everywhere, only 3 free parking spots and if you aren't lucky to get one, you'll have to move your car every 2hrs. Zero response from staff to any issues until 8:40am on checkout day. They also ask you to clean up before leaving like an Airbnb. The rooms were pretty cute and well stocked. The area is gorgeous and quaint. This place had potential but failed miserably in the Customer service department, like, it was non-existent.

As shown in all the pictures, the rooms are quite small, but very efficient and extremely clean. There is a kitchen, but with limited supplies and no seasonings- salt, pepper, etc. The location can’t be beat! Check in and out or easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. Please note when booking you do not get the exact room selected.

Lost money in Newburyport

We never checked in because we couldn't find a place to park. Their amenities list "Free parking on site" which is totally misleading. It's on a narrow one way street in a residential neighborhood so "ample" on street parking is misleading as well. Maybe you should do little more due diligence before listing a place as a hotel.

Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage.
