We checked in with four people and they wouldn't give us extra towels. My son accidentally dropped the toilet paper in the shower and when they went down to get more toilet paper they only gave them one roll of toilet paper for four people. They refused to give us anything additional saying it was the hotel policy. We had three towels in our room for four people so did they expect one person not to shower. They were rude about it as well

It could have been so much better. The hall ways stunk really bad and my upstairs neighbor was really loud all the way up to the early morning about 2:30am preventing me from getting rest. I reported it to the hotel management but nothing was done.

The overall hotel is horrible. The staff is great. While there i didnt have water 3 days, another time water was pouring into my room from the ceiling all of my belongings were soaked. I unfortunately had no other choice, but would not recommend it.

Not enough towels, toliet paper. No conditioner, washing stuff, no hanger and no breakfast. Noisy outside for the whole night. Charge so expensive and won't come back again.

Unfortunately there was nothing that I liked about my stay there.. usually wood spring hotels , have a nice quiet environment... Unfortunately my 3-day stay was horrible The noise level from the guest above was continuous.. throughout the night and the day.. and when I may mention of this to the front desk I was advised. That's just the workers upstairs and there was nothing that the staff could do..
