Four floors of this 14 story new construction rental / condo type building are a Hilton hotel and this hotel has the spirit of a new construction gentrification boheamouth. The entrance and lobby are confused and unpleasantly laid out clearly designed to service the needs of both uses of the property and maximize revenue at a loss of ambiance. The one building has two entrances one for the renters and one for the hotel guests and though they share the elevators guests and residents are expected (and verbally instructed if they use the wrong entrance) to use separate entrances. The result is a confusing lobby design oms of the hotel are t same , mostly bare grey walls with sparse bad are prints, a few nice fixtures, (very nice furniture though) it's got a mid / bare minimum feel, no wallpaper or wainscoting or interesting features on the wall just sheetrock and savage baseboard. It all feels like staged apartments without any of the care or interior design that would make it feel thoughtful to the guests inner life or aesthetic experience. However it's clean and new, everything worked, the beds are comfortable, the suites are huge but some have odd shapes they feel like huge rooms not premium experiences. The price is right, it's a good hotel I guess its the best in the area. It is wildly inconvenient that they don't have a parking lot but there is a municipal lot around the corner and it's only $14 overnight, but it's still annoying they don't have their own lot.
