Why does it take over an hour to check in my room? I arrived and given a card reader for a key. Tried it and it didn’t work. I was on the third floor and walked back to the front desk. Was given another card. Still didn’t work. After another attempt they sent a maintenance guy. The lock was broken. I asked for another room. They hesitated and sent me back up. They couldn’t fix it. They finally gave me another room. They should have given me another room after the first few tries. I’m over 70yo and had to carry luggage to and from. It was a horrible experience. I thought the service was poor.
