Friendly, clean and FRIENDLY...

Overall a great stay. Two nights and i would book this location again. My wife was leary of the reviews saying staff was rude and other issues but Tim at the front desk was an example of 5 star hotel level hospitality. Courteous and helpful at all times. Friendly and outgoing. Earnestly interested in ensuring your stay is all that they can provide. I didnt catch the bartender's name but drinks were well made and very much worth the cost. She was feiendly amd accommodating when asking for special drinks.

Place was clean also front desk staff was very friendly. What i did not like is asking the cleaning staff for clean towels and the would directed to the front desk.

The location was good and not far from public transportation. However, her room was never made up for the second day. They left us just a tiny roll of toilet paper. There was no soap for the shower only shampoo and conditioner. The two elevators were reversed so that when the one lit up the other door would open. This hotel needs some work. The room is comfortable and clean when we first arrived but again no one cleaned up between the two days we were there.

Hotel is just adequate

Rooms are spacious, but the furniture and fixtures are aged. I was moved from my first roombdue to ongoing repairs. The television software was not operable in both rooms.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The breakfast offerings were very limited. The property was located near a commuter train track. The last train went by at 1:15 am and the first train started at 6:15 am. The trains went by every 20 minutes making it very difficult to sleep through the night.

My toilet wasn't working at 9 pm and they sent someone right away to fix it. I was very impressed. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and the coffee machine in room didn’t work.

It was nice to be able to walk along the river. Thought it would be better if there was attention to picking up any trash along the walkway. The hotel was a perfect location for our needs and Ana was very caring and helpful in assisting with our needs.

The staff here is top notch. Ana at the front desk was super accommodating when I arrived early for my reservation after a long work trip. I was exhausted and she partnered with room service to get me a room as soon as she could. Then parking at the hotel after our event was a disaster. Sam helped my husband find a spot in the lot. Everyone was so kind. The hotel was great for the one night stay.

Room was great. Front desk lady I think her name is Ana was so sweet. She is wonderful. Breakfast was good. Didnt get time for the pool but, peeked in the room and It was clean and looked relaxing. Wished the pool was open 24/7.
