Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Traveling from New Zealand with two small children—a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old—we had four large suitcases and two small ones. Despite this, there was no assistance offered with our luggage. When we requested help, the staff seemed annoyed and responded that they had never been asked for such a service before. To make matters worse, when I called room service to request a simple toast for my children, I was told they were too busy due to a party happening at the hotel and could not accommodate us. The lack of basic hospitality and customer service was shocking. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling with family.

Took my son here for a weekend trip and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for, including no pool & spa, restaurant and fitness facility.
