I liked that it was a small hotel so there wasn't a ton of foot traffic. Hotel staff were very friendly. Gentleman that helps with luggage was very polite and helpful. My dislikes are more unfortunately. 1) Room didn't come with coffee pot. Had to request a tea kettle and get my own coffee from CVS. 2) Mini fridge was a recycled minibar, didn't get very cold 3) Room phone didn't work, neither did the hotel number. If I needed anything I had to go to the front desk. 4) 5 channels to choose from on the TV, no cable 5) Requested extra towels, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. For what I paid per night, I expected atleast the 5 things above. Even boutique hotels provide the above items with ease.

My first time staying at The Tuscany Deluxe King Suite and it exceeded all my expectations. Extremely spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The shower was one of my favorite parts of this suite. If I ever go back to NY I will most definitely be booking here again. It’s also convenient that it’s right by Grand Central Station so getting anywhere by subway makes it all the more practical! Best stay ever!

Great location in Midtown—close to major landmarks. Corner room was stylish and bed very comfy. Staff was friendly and responsive (extra pillows delivered quickly). Only downside: limited snack options and lobby vending machine didn’t work. Would stay again!

The rooms were huge and the bed was a dream! Easily the most comfortable bed we have slept on during any of our trips to New York. It's proximity to Grand Central made transportation and getting around the city very easy. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The property seemed dated and in need of astetic updates.

The Hotel is really good to sleep, nice room and bed, really good bed!! The restaurant in the hotel is not that good and some of rhe houses around are suspicious, the bar in lexingotn ave. called The Junction is really great, overall is a good place to stay because is really comfortable and there is no noise at night

Huge room, excellent location, lovely staff, a little rough around the edges but the positives outweigh the negatives. One small thing, it did state hotel bar, this is not the case, a restaurant is linked to the hotel but run by a separate business, popped in around 9pm on a week night for a drink and told we were not able to drink, could only come in if we were eating. Restaurant staff were a bit rude. Maybe don’t affiliate yourself with them as all the hotel staff were fantastic!! Thanks for a lovely time

i was sadly disappointed with this place we stayed for only 2 nights . checking in was a nightmare. we arrived 10 minutes to 3 and this was the check in time and the front desk lady was very unorganized. the room we got was not renovated when we booked a renovated room. and the ac was not working, the shower and lights stoped working, so we requested a room change the next night. the only reason i’m not giving 1 star is because the room we got changed to was a bit better but there was mold under the carpet!

The hotel is very nice. The room was very neat and the beds very comfortable. But the front desk lady when we arrived at 2:50 pm, very rudely told us that check was not until 3 and because we were only staying one night, our room was not ready. Told to have a seat and they will let us know when the room was ready. At 3:30, I walked to the to ask how much longer it would take. The lady that was there was different and very nice. She apologized because our ROOM WAS READY ALL ALONG.

My daughter and I arrived early due to flight change which not their fault. We attempted to see if possible there was an early check in. The host behind the desk was so rude and inconsiderate. I get there was no open rooms but she just brushed us off after I explained we had no where to go and was seeking help. When asked if there was anything near by that boards room last minute she just shrugged and again brushed off. I asked if I could be placed on an early check in if someone checks out early and she didn’t answer even enter my information giving me the impression she again just brushed off all she stated was “well there’s no guarantee” I asked again if she could please just add us to the list just in case and she replied again well there’s no guarantees! Also to add the AC in the room did not work which made the sleep very uncomfortable. I would like to add the day staff was very helpful as my daughter and I arrived back around 1pm and after explaining my situation they got me a room within minutes. Mixed emotions as it angered me that it proved the lady helping me didn’t even write anything down or else if the room became available we would have got a room sooner. But I was very grateful for the staff to work quickly and get us a room. Over all the room was nice just wished the AC worked. Our checkin was as June 3 (we tried after midnight)
