It was a lovely hotel and I would stay there again, but the room I was in directly faced a loading doc that had CONSTANT beeping and loud noise from the trucks going in and out. I would request a room that did not face that street next time.

I had been having a good stay at this hotel since last Thursday with polite and friendly staff. But today, Sunday, after deciding to have a late check-out and paying for it, I was attended to by a terrible receptionist, with an unbelievably bad mood, who seemed to take offense at asking to stay a few more hours. After paying, she gave me new keys that didn't work, and when I asked to change them, she said I had slammed the door and that's why they weren't working. After sending someone to the room, the keys still don't work, and I just want to leave because I was terribly mistreated and I will never return to this hotel.

Right next to the subway I need. My 2nd time staying at this location or the hotel next door. Would absolutely recommend either and will definitely stay again. Paid parking on Bergen Ave (3 min walk from hotel if that).
