Location great for times square/broadway shows, but quite a bit of traffic/people/crowds on streets, etc.
Not happy about flight cancellation that rebooked me to the next day, thereby missing my first booked night at ROW -I called the ROW front desk twice on the day my flight was delayed/then cancelled - to inform them of the progressing changes in good faith in order to avoid a no show penalty of one night's stay. The ROW mgmt staff was not flexible (I have all documentation) with crediting this first night.
Expedia was also not flexible or helpful with obtaining a credit for the first night's stay due to circumstances out of my control. I also contacted Expedia twice regarding rectifying the situation from their office.
