Bedrooms are Master King bed and secondary has a new queen bed and new twin bed. Also includes a queen blowup.Oceanwalk Condominiums are situated at the quiet end of NSB. Smaller dogs only and add pet fee at booking. Ask if more than 1 dog fee is per dog. This unit offers all the amenities of home! The almost 1400 sq foot oasis faces the ocean, so you get a peek of the ocean from the large balcony off the living room and can also view the ocean from the main bedroom. Bedroom includes access to the patio as well. Unwind on the balcony with your favorite glass of wine or beverage. This 2nd floor corner unit is situated in the front of the community and offers a nicely furnished large living area with a spacious kitchen, a full laundry room, large main bedroom with a luxurious attached bathroom which includes a jetted tub separate from the standup shower. There is also a large front bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin plus an area with a desk for office work (private video conf. calls) or school usage. Second bathroom is situated right next to this bedroom-full bathroom with tub/shower etc. Brand new Smart TV's in all the rooms with high speed internet hooked up for streaming your favorite channels/shows, or for getting any left-over work completed. This condo rental includes secured covered garage parking for 1 car along with pool passes-2 resort pools, rec. center, sauna, and gym access (includes tennis courts, shuffle board, & basketball.) Steps to pool and resort right outside unit’s front door off sundeck. It’s a short walk to the beach along the sidewalk with a dedicated beach boardwalk across the street. There is also a beautiful nature path along the entire community to view the nature preserve that runs along the back of the community. If renting during rocket launch schedules-incredible views of the launches from the balcony. Canaveral Seashore only a few minutes away. Community is only a short 5-minute drive to Flagler Avenue to enjoy all the extensive shops, bars, and restaurants that New Smyrna Beach offers. Beach gear available as well. Perfect for the 4th of July!!!

Dawn was a great host she let us know everything we needed to know prior to our stay. The condo had a great location to the pool and was in a perfect part of the beach without cars. I would highly recommend this unit and Dawn!!!!

NSB Anniversary Weekend

Beautiful furnished spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen and every amenity you can think of. This is the cleanest, immaculate condo we have ever rented through VRBO. Dawn was fantastic to work with and is very responsive. Great stay for a weekend. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We will certainly rent again!

The condo was lovely with a peekaboo view of the ocean. A few cleaning issues and defective equipment were noted and shared with the owner. We would definitely stay at this site again...but would take a closer loo at the weather!k at the weather!

The condo was PERFECT! All of the little extras were great. Wagon, chairs and little things for the kids. Our stay was so worth it. Pool was super warm and the security guards at the pool were a bit annoying but we will be back. Owner keeps a very well maintained condo!! THANK YOU!!!

Amazing NSB visit

We have come to New Smyrna Beach for years with family and seen quite a few Oceanwalk properties, but this was by far one of the nicest! Very clean with beautiful features and well stocked. Communication was quick and check in/check out process was easy. It was perfect for our family and we had an amazing visit!

We loved ease of checking in and using keypad entry, not having to carry key. Pictures did not do justice to how spacious, tastefully decorated the condo is. Greatly appreciated the washer n dryer in condo, little drying rack, stuff for beach, easy walk to beach, deck to set out on. Beds were comfortable. The other people were friendly. Great location. Perfect Vacation Condo

From check in to check out, this condo was a great choice. The floor plan is open and roomy, and the unit has been well-maintained. It was tastefully decorated, and I was very impressed with how clean it was. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket and the kitchen and baths were well stocked with soaps and paper products. We had no issues during our stay but Dawn was great to work with in the rental process, we enjoy the area, and we’ll be back!
