SPECTACULAR ocean views, immediate proximity to the beach and plenty of space for your entire group–Playa Del Bates has it all! This 4th floor condo is full featured, including an in-unit Washer & Dryer, a private ocean view balcony, and a fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating, so you can prepare your favorite meals oceanside! Not feeling a beach day next door? No problem! The on site pool with ample sun lounging space will be sure to delight!
24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
Two (2) parking spaces available on a first come, first served. All parking is uncovered and requires provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total passes provided.
