The entire property was clean and everything up-to-date service wise. What made it very special was the enthusiastic staff from the front desk to housekeeping and a special shout out to Maddie who hosts the breakfast buffet. She is absolutely delightful efficient and is emblematic of what Marriott would like in all of their employees

Our room was canceled on Springhill's error. Rebooking cost us more money. Mold was present in the sink area. Carpets in hallways & elevator are in dire need of cleaning. The rooms need it also. Expedia promised a refund. Still waiting to hear about that.
