Very nice property! So glad we discovered this today! The woman at the front desk was super nice and sweet! Great for a stop over during our trip! The location looks great. Lots of many places nearby. Unfortunately, we probably won’t have time to check them out, hopefully we can find a place for breakfast in the morning. I didn’t notice a restaurant here, though there were items for sale around the front. Parking is at a garage that’s connected to the hotel. It was around $25 for one night of parking. The hotel is very clean and modern. Definitely has a Yale theme to it. I would definitely come back here again!

Never seen anything like that

Rudest first front desk person checking us in telling you to stop talking and be quiet. She needs to go and get her customer service retraining done immediately. Manager wasn’t any more helpful.l and took side of the ride front office. We booked three rooms for 5 nights stays 2/3 rooms smelled like dirty socks ( and this is being kind). Spent thousand of dollars for mediocre hotel who took full advantage of customers on Graduation weekend. Even worse-at the very end the same front desk person REFUSED to give us a print out of itemized receipts for three rooms after 4-5 nights stay.

Needed to stay overnight for my Yale graduate. A no frills hotel, bare minimum in terms of toiletries, robes, coffee/tea. Got a good night sleep but for the price paid, a lot was missing! Could have stayed at a motel and received same service and would have paid more than half the price!
