My stay was very good! Great room, terrific amenities in the hotel. Front desk and breakfast staff, amazing! I only have 2 'concerns.' The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order during my stay. And perhaps this is just a thing for me, there was no clock, anywhere in the room.

The property and rooms are immaculate. My only real issue is that some of the workers did not understand English when I needed help. So finding help took a bit longer since I had to go all the way to the main desk. I felt most of the employees were respectful and attentive. Shout out to the employee who worked the dining area on Sunday, April 12… that employee was working hard and making sure everyone was good!

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Never woke up in time for breakfast so I can't rate that lol I chose this hotel mainly for the pool. It's heated but definitely not as warm as it was last year when I visited. And the hot tub was actually unbearably hot. Definitely would return though, that's not enough to keep me away

The room was clean, the pool and hot tub are open and maintained. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. We arrived at 4 and our room wasn't ready, but did not take log and getting a late checkout was easy. I would recommend staying here.

The front desk staff was great. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. The room had true potential, but they missed things in the details. One hook in the bathroom was loose from the wall. Also the toiletpaper holder was loose. The fan in the bathroom was very loud as well as the fridge. The breakfast was a disapointment. They had simply run out of a lot of stuff when we arrived at 8.15. Also the hash browns were not edible. Just hard. We loved the pool the gym. If all those small details gets ironed out, it is a very nice hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy the Super Bowl and relax, the first night was absolutely horrendous, it’s clear people use the hotel for parties on the weekends, the room across the hall from us was going in and out of there room all night and letting the door slam, keeping us awake to the point that my wife was in tears at 2 in the morning from the torment, we called the front desk twice but nothing was resolved and we had to deal with it until they checked out, the room above us was also partying and yelling but thankfully after calling the front desk they quieted down, the second night was perfect with no noise and we got to enjoy all the amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again on a weekend if they’re just going to let people party all night long, hotels are meant for rest and relaxation not misery.
