Dirty pool . Pool with visible mold .
Dining area chairs with extreme peeling upholstery fabric on multiple chairs , needs more attention to detailing cleanliness such as mold around face sink and accumulation of dust and dirt in corners of dining area. House keeping appears to do bare minimum.
Lost more than two hours of sleep due to a fire alarm from a broken sprinkler....hit by a delivery truck onsite .
Hotel did not apologize to patrons or explain what was happening , nor gave safety instructions or inform when it was safe to return to rooms.
Unprofessional receptionist - condescending and reluctant in providing the option of a printable receipt if booked via expedia.ca/com
Appeared unwelcoming and not of much assistance if booked via third party websites that offers discounts instead of directly through them .
Poor customer service!
