Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. No attempt to make you feel welcome or to help with issue. Appalling room on ground floor right on the car park. Huge window so that everyone could see into the room and I had to keep the blinds closed. Noisy with cars and people in the morning. I was told there was no other room available. I checked out.

Had an excellent experience as far as check in and being lovely room would have rated excellent across the board but was awakened by something crawling on my arm at 5ami knocked it off my arm onto the floor when I cut the light on I saw it was some kind of a bug crawling that got away it was the size of a nickel my partner tried to catch it to kill it but it got away, needless to say I couldn’t get back to sleep.
