We were given a handicapped room when we did not ask for one. The people next door and across the room were quite loud. When we reported it to the front the front desk did nothing. They kept us up until after 2:00am. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Marriott. Totally unacceptable and Marriott Corporation should make good on such a poor experience. I would never stay at this hotel again and will seriously consider not reserving with Marriott in the future. I used them for both personal and athletic events.

All was fine except for 2 things. When I called weeks in advance to see if the pool would be open on my arrival date I was told my corporate that it was a heated outdoor pool. This was not accurate and it was not acceptable. Secondly, the shower was letting a dribble of pressure and had to be adjusted. Overall, not bad. I don’t like being rerouted to a corporate call center when I call a local number.
