Bedding had hair and spots on a bed. Had insects flying in the room. Other than that room was good - marble counter, microwave, refrigerator, shower was pretty strong. Staff was not too friendly and reception desk was fully under the glass/closed out, which I have never saw in any other hotel or motel before. When in the morning I attempted to come to the front desk to return the keys and check out - door was closed and no one was available. When I called hotel, someone picked up and suggested to drop keys to the drop box there, which I did. Also not enough parking spots in front of rooms. Other than that - clean outside.

Hair in the bed, stains on the pillows. The rooms are cosmetically in disrepair, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The bed takes up 90% of that room, and if it's not clean, that's a 10% clean room.

Was surprised to get to the hotel and learn that they gave our room to someone else. We went straight from the airport to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm. We were able to secure another room but for three people it was rather small. We also asked for extra towels and the person we spoke with seemed reluctant to give them to us. He did give them to us but it seemed an inconvenience. Parking was minimal and was hindered due to very large trucks. So when we came back at the end of the day there was no parking for us. We had to clean the bathtub before we could use it.

It's a cute little motel near my son's house. We like the convenience and the price. The one negative is when you walk into the room it reeks of cleaning products. It's so strong I was sneezing for the first 15 mins. You get use to it but it never goes away.

Rooms are dirty with piece of feces on the side of toilet bowl. Moldy smell, pillow cases were a yellow color from either age or oter reason.

After booking this hotel, i visited it personally and was horrified of its condition. I personally told the manager to cancel my reservation and he acknowledged that he would cancel it. HE NEVER DID. This place is deplorable and not fit for human habitation.
