I got here at 10pm at night with my son and there was literally nowhere to park. The young girl associate came out and showed me an area where I could park which was directly behind an 18 wheeler, and next to some dope fiends. Uh, no. I put my flashers on in their pull thru lane, demanded my $$ back so I could find a place with an actual parking lot, and the lady at the front desk moved her own personal vehicle so I could park in her spot for the night and catch a few hours shut eye before my road trip back south. This is the cheapest rate along 95 in CT, but be aware if you book here and plan on getting here past say 5pm?? Good luck. My son also thought the room was dirty. He's 9. He takes after his mother. I'm more care free with that sorta thing lol

Clean and comfortable but could use some upgrades. The AC unit was loud and rattling. The shower diverter wasn’t functioning properly. We could clearly hear highway traffic noise, even up on the fifth floor.

RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM WALMART WAS TO CONVEIENT AND HIGHWAY RIGHT THERE AN GAS STATION,PERFECT SPOT FOR HOTEL. BUT WITH EVERYONE FINDING THIS HOTEL PARKING AT NIGHT CAN GET HARD TO FIND A SPACE. I HAD A CLEAN ROOM AND CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH AND EASY.

The carpets were filthy. I got paint on my Brand new clothing because there was no sign posted and the staff was rude and threw my belongings in the garbage and broke my luggage.

Checked in, front desk had no personality but that’s fine. Room was kinda shabby, blankets looked old, bathroom rusty and dated and no water pressure. Had to keep trying to get the shower to work. But the worst part, got woken up at 12:30 am to fire alarm in the hall (didn’t sound in my room like everyone else’s) Thankfully I’m not a super light sleeper and it was a false alarm. Stood outside for about half hour, fire department came, all clear. Not one explanation or apology. Go back to the room, trying to fall back asleep and goes off again at 1:40am. Girl across the hall says I’m not going, i didn’t think it was real either. A few minutes a guy in our hall comes back and says that they told him it was false alarm again. It continued for another 10 minutes (still not in my room). I finally fell asleep and got maybe 4 hours til I had to be up. The fact that there was nothing said at check out just shocked me and honestly I was too tired til now to finally address it. Needless to say I won’t be staying at this location again.
