Horrible! I booked a double room, was told there was no doubles at check in and was force to squeeze into a king bed with 3 people while someone slept on a smelly dirty cot. The best part, I was charged for both rooms due to their own mistake. I never write reviews but this hotel was absolutely horrible. Dirty rooms, very disrespectful staff, and does not provide a service they promise when you pay.

Room was dirty. Bathroom had hair and excrement in the corner. Dirty, stained washcloth behind the door. Only 1 clean washcloth. 1 towel. Front desk was not helpful. Breakfast hostess was rude. I won’t be staying at this Marriott - or recommend it it to others - ever again.

Not Marriott standards at all. Flew across the country for my mothers funeral and couldn’t even take advantage of amenities such as a clean pool or working jacuzzi to try and calm myself during downtime. Will not be staying there again. We had 3 rooms between my family and the others were double charged and we all couldn’t even enjoy a hot shower in our rooms.

The heating system was practically non functional the beds had no comforter—only a sheet with a print of a comforter on the top. Making a sheet look like a comforter does not make it any warmer. A squeaky laundry cart rolled by our room a dozen times between 10PM and midnight.

Housekeeping service was a failure. The first of our four days they missed our room entirely: we were comped a free breakfast. The next day I had to chase down a service cart for washcloths. The body wash ran out and was never refilled. On the last day of our stay no towels were provided. Fortunately I had hung one on the back of the door so my husband and I could at least share a used towel after our soap-free showers. We couldn't call the front desk for help because the in-room phone was broken. Noisy guests laughing and running up and down the halls kept us awake two nights. At checkout we couldn't be provided with a review of charges since the printer was broken. Considering one rents a room for a place to sleep and shower, this hotel failed on both counts. We will never stay here again and our family won't recommend it either.

Hotel was very outdated. Our room was not very clean, the air conditioner/heater made a terrible, loud noise all night, the tv barely worked, and the hall smelled like marijuana. Not ideal when traveling with kids and certainly not for the price that we paid. Very disappointed.

Access road has huge potholes bad enough to damage vehicle. Parking is inconvenient. No valet or bellman. Dated property from 1990s. Strong smell of garbage throughout property. Heating in room did not work. Cold air blowing in hallways despite 50 degree temps. This I s probably thecworst property in tbe whole chain.
