Disappointing!!

Such a bad experience at this hotel! Hotels.com offered a room that isn’t even an option at the hotel. Instead of hotels.com and Fairfield resolving the issue together, we had to chat with both entities separately. In the end we had to book 2 new rooms at our expense and were not reimbursed for the booked room that didn’t exist. One of the two rooms we got on rebooking smelled like smoke and had a very grimy feel to it.

Over all stay was nice, every worker was fantastic and super friendly. The hotel is right next to the highway so it’s a bit noisy which was fine for me but might bother some. Biggest issue was the pool was over chlorinated and not clean very well there was scum all along the edges of the walls that people carving their names into so it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while and the whirlpool was warm it wasn’t even hot

No cleaning service for three days

I was there for 3 nights. No one set foot in my room to clean or even just to empty the garbage the entire time I was there. The desk and breakfast staff were nice and friendly, but the lack of cleaning ruined the entire stay. I'll find an alternative on my next trip.
