The property is located in the center. A lot of restaurants to choose from. The staffs are helpful. We arrived late,2am and Murat was there to meet us and took us to our room. Turan is very attentive to our needs and provides good communication. Would love to stay in this place again. Highly recommended!!

Just left this place and it was amazing. The place was beautiful and very convenient location. The staff were always friendly and anytime i needed help they would do so with a smile. All the rooftop spaces have epic props great for photos. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The photos on Expedia looked nice so I booked two for our family of six—two children and four adults. The room with the pool was supposed to have two twin beds, and the second room was a family suite with a king bed and two twin beds. When we arrived, we were told that rooms with pools only come with king beds, so we had to switch to a family suite with separate beds.The hotel is old and hasn't been renovated in a long time. Both of our rooms (one in a "cave" and one on the upper floor) were very worn out, with black mold in the showers. The "cave" room was quite dirty because plaster kept falling from the ceiling. We took photos where you can clearly see the white plaster dust. We had to cover the beds to avoid sleeping on the falling debris. The chairs in the "cave" room were torn with holes. We asked for some kind of cover to hide the holes, and they promised to bring one but never did. One of our rooms was on the upper level, accessible by an iron spiral staircase. Since it was snowy and icy, the steps were frozen and had not been salted. People had to hold onto the railings with both hands to avoid slipping. Poor soundproofing—we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. A musty, damp smell in both of our bathrooms. The positives - a breathtaking view from the hotel terrace and the upper-level room and a small free parking lot. Breakfast was included and was decent—boiled eggs, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, cottage cheese, mozzarella.

The photos on Expedia looked nice, and the rating was 8.5 so I decided to book two rooms at this hotel, mainly because one of them had a small pool inside the room on the lower floor. The rooms are designed to look like caves. I booked two for our family of six—two children and four adults. The room with the pool was supposed to have two twin beds, and the second room was a family suite with a king bed and two twin beds. The total for two nights and two rooms was $700. When we arrived, we were told that rooms with pools only come with king beds, so we had to switch to a family suite with separate beds. The reality: The hotel is old and hasn't been renovated in a long time. Both of our rooms (one in a "cave" and one on the upper floor) were very worn out, with black mold in the showers. The "cave" room was quite dirty because plaster kept falling from the ceiling. We took photos where you can clearly see the white plaster dust. We had to cover the beds to avoid sleeping on the falling debris. The chairs in the "cave" room were torn with holes. We asked for some kind of cover to hide the holes, and they promised to bring one but never did.

Booked this for 2 nights through Expedia. It looks rather quaint on arrival at night with all the pretty balloon lights. I booked the honeymoon suite with the spa Bath. The room is very dark dressed in burgundy drapes. The first night I slept like a log but soon after I realised how dark the room is and for me, it felt oppressive. The bathroom after day 1 smelt stale and on inspection I noticed damp above the shower. The staff at Cappadocia Caves are the best however, very helpful and friendly. The restaurant ladies are also extremely nice. The breakfast offered was all you could want for breakfast. Plenty of choice. All in all, the hotel offers good value for money.

I enjoyed the stay, beautiful area, staff was helpful and the breakfast was great, the shower was not good as the shower head was fixed too high up and was not adjustable, so it sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom, you have to hold the shower head, so it makes washing your body impossible, and the bed was not very comfortable. It was still a very nice place. Thanks

The front desk and management were kind, professional efficient. I was let into my room early my checkout was 2 hrs. later. Breakfast was good; location excellent,cleaning staff professional/efficient. Would definitely stay here again recommend it to others.
