Kehitettävää olisi ollut keittiön ja baarin henkilöstön asiakaspalveluhenkisyydessä. Asiat kyllä hoituivat, kunhan asiakas muisti pyytää palvelua. Los desayunos han sido muy ricos, especialmente cuando Hanife ha estado a cargo de ellos; Doga Altuntas, en la recepción, nos dedicó generosamente tiempo y nos informó para encontrar autobuses, horarios y destinos maravillosos fuera de los tures organizados. Ambas personas han hecho nuestra estancia en este hotel muy agradable. Algo a mejorar: la limpieza de la habitación. En 5 días nadie vino a limpiar.
