The rooms are small with dim lighting. Not all The bathrooms are convenient. Do realize that the hotels rooms are built into caves and some are improvised caves. They are not convenient for everyone and in some cases difficult to function in. The TVs were not functional and the staff could not help.

Nice place to stay

The Hotel Cave was a delightful place to stay. The breathtaking view from the terrace was simply amazing. When I arrived at my room, it was decorated with petals and balloons since I’m celebrating my early birthday. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I had booked a round-trip shuttle pickup from the hotel to the airport. I forgot that I needed to pay cash instead of using my credit card. Fortunately, the staff accommodated my request and allowed me to make the payment using my credit card. The breakfast food was also delicious. I like the idea of changing some of the dishes every day. Towards the end of my stay, they gifted me Turkish Delight. I’ll be staying at this hotel again if I decided to come back.

Great stay! The staff was very friendly. Loved the rooms and the rooftop terrace was gorgeous (especially in the early morning watching the balloons). The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast! So healthy, so yummy, lots of variety. Highly recommend staying at this cave hotel if you are in Goreme.

Great hotel

Receptionist day time was so friendly and helpful. Made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very well presented with many choices. Very tasty. The room was very comfortable. It's a little noisy outside room 504 due to the maids banging and making noises but otherwise no complaints.

The breakfast was top-notch, with a delicious spread of fresh, high-quality options. The ladies working in the breakfast area were so warm and hospitable, making mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is central, making it easy to walk anywhere in town. Whether exploring the charming streets of Göreme, finding great restaurants, or booking tours, everything is just a short stroll away. The airport transfer service was well-priced compared to taxis and very convenient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, offering a truly authentic cave hotel experience. Despite being in the heart of Göreme, the hotel is wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia—you won’t be disappointed!

We traveled as a family and thought the breakfast was lovely, had a homemade feel to all the meals (eggs on request). We felt very welcome, location was perfect for dining and shopping. With our tour the sightseeing spots weren't far either. Even in Winter the rooms were warm and cozy. Altogether we enjoyed the place and location.

Upon arrival we met Aisha at the reception and she was really great giving us a tour of the property and gave us nice and cozy bedrooms, she is top notch in customer service. highlight of our stay was delicious breakfast and variety was great, their breakfast is a must try, overall our experience at terra cave was above and beyond. highly recommended and we will stay here again!!!
