I was surprised to find such a welcoming, clean, and modern hotel in the “middle of nowhere”. The pool was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean, the A/C was cold, and the staff was incredible.

It would have been great if the property owners of the hotel and surrounding businesses included walkable pathways through the rock formations. Other than that the rooms were fantastic and very pet friendly.

They did not have our reservation. They said they had no more rooms. Then charged us more than double for a room they all of a sudden had. Manager was never there. Horrible experience.

The place was nice and clean. They had a good selection for their breakfast. The only downside was that the elevator didn't work the first day we were there which was a little inconvenient and there was one young man in the kitchen area that was a little rude. The young gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Super blackout curtain! I closed it to block the direct afternoon sun and the room went so dark I had to open it a little to walk around the room. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, TV had Netflix service. Bed covering was a difficult choice between a light sheet and a very heavy comforter. We set the room at 73, so we were comfortable with the sheet until the a/c kicked in, then we froze, and the comforter was much too heavy and hot.
