Away @ Nelson Bay' is a fantastic five bedroom, pet friendly home that features beautiful water views from the balcony and located in close proximity to Nelson Bay CBD and only a short distance to the pet friendly 'Bagnall Beach' where dogs can be walked freely and let off to play.
Upstairs has ducted air conditioning throughout with a large living/ dining area with a wall mounted TV, DVD player, Netflix and Free NBN Wi-Fi and a fabulous deck with water views, lounge and dining facilities which is perfect for your afternoon BBQ's. The property has a large, renovated, fully equipped modern kitchen with a butlers pantry and full cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, under bench oven, family size fridge/ freezer and a large island bench with barstools for extra dining. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning, linen and bed making, the main bedroom also having water views and an ensuite with shower toilet and vanity. The modern main bathroom is on the upstairs level and has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Downstairs leads you to the rumpus room which is fabulous for the kids to have their own space, providing a wall mounted TV, split system air conditioner, large corner leather lounge, foosball games table and books. The iconic Shoal Bay beach, grand Tomaree Mountain (which boasts the Bay's best lookout and view), famous Shoal Bay Country Club (which has just been completely renovated) plus the locals favourite haunt Game fish Club are only a ten minute drive away.
If shopping is on the agenda then Salamander Square shopping mall is only a five-minute drive, you will find many food outlets, boutiques shops, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Target and plenty of variety stores.
