This is the second time we have stayed here for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, it was quiet and dinner was great in the pub. You mentioned eco friendly, perhaps recycle bins in the room? thank you

We had a great stay and the hotel is very nice and comfortable! It is also in walking distance to some nice restaurants, and is in a great location next to the river! The hotel definitely deserves five stars, except that when I called and asked for an extra blanket since I was cold, I was told there were no extras as they would have to check laundry room. I asked if it might be possible later to receive a blanket once they came out of the laundry room, and they said I could come downstairs and check at the front desk to see if there might be some later. I was already in my PJs so didn’t want to come down to the lobby. This is a really nice hotel and the staff are also very nice, so I was a little surprised that housekeeping wasn’t able to bring up a blanket since this is something that generally has not been a problem in other hotels. Other than that, it’s really a great hotel and I also understand that I am a little picky about needing extra blankets ( but that’s why I try to choose Hilton because usually this chain goes above and beyond for people like me that need more bedding.) I would definitely come back to this hotel, and I would just try to make sure to ask / reserve an extra blanket in advance prior to arriving to the site. We had a nice stay here and love the location. Thank you! 😊
