Unfortunately our family did not make it to the hotel because of an unexpected snow storm. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to refund our money or offer a deal for a future stay. I won’t be using either in the future. Word of mouth travels fast. It’s sad that greed takes over instead of building rapport with repeat business with customers. I would have continued to stay at the hotel because it’s where my family lives. Liz at the hotel was very nice. She had a passed the information along, but unfortunately nothing happened. Very disappointed.
