Overall hotel was outstanding,staff were very friendly and helpful. New front desk employee was great on her first day on the job. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone. Only issue was the hottub was not working properly as the jets were broken. Water was warm. Coffee was a bit bitter but, that just my opinion. Would stay there again!

The refrigerator didn't get cold, they came up and turned it colder but the temperature was still 55% in the morning, the room was very hot and stuffy, we opened the windows, but that didn't help much... the room only had one plug for everything and the plug kept falling out so my daughter's breathing machine would turn off, my son came over with a bar for us... and the TV remote would not work, it was late at night and I was having a hard time turning it off.... Not happy at all with our stay...

The room was dirty, dead flies, uncomfortable beds, moldy bathroom. The manger and his son yelled at us and told to get out so called police. Manger said no refund and charged us anyways after leaving.

Unfortunately our family did not make it to the hotel because of an unexpected snow storm. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to refund our money or offer a deal for a future stay. I won’t be using either in the future. Word of mouth travels fast. It’s sad that greed takes over instead of building rapport with repeat business with customers. I would have continued to stay at the hotel because it’s where my family lives. Liz at the hotel was very nice. She had a passed the information along, but unfortunately nothing happened. Very disappointed.

I've been staying here 2-3 times a year for over five years now (except 2020 of course), and sadly it's deteriorated quite a lot. It was initially a great place and value, but now the rooms are dated, carpets are filthy (black socks from the dirt), and what used to be a great breakfast is below average. Would love to see them step up the maintenance, do some deep cleaning and updating, and revamp breakfast.

It was clean and the staff was helpful. There were repairs that should have been done. Light fixture above whirlpool was hanging out of ceiling, shower door handle was broken and fixed poorly with electrical tape that did not hold, and the one panel of the door was missing the lower frame. Shower smelled gross when turning on the water for first time. Only one sheer curtain covering half the window. Was not better than other lower priced hotels in the immediate area.
