The house is really nice for a group wanting to spend time on the beach. It's in a great location. It appears to be old and worn out a bit and it was stocked with just the bare essentials. For a lower nightly rate, I'd give it a higher rating.

Unobstructed beach view with huge deck and easy access to the beach. 5 min access to Grocery stores like Winn Dixie and Publix. Kitchen, living and dinning area in a line with nice beach view. Two bedrooms with individual restrooms, two bedrooms with one common restroom. One additional bed upstairs. Plenty of utensils, glasses, coffee cups and cutlery . The only thing I missed was a big screen tv. They have small tv in each room ( may be 40inch), but at least the living room should have been big. Overall it was wonderful and I give 5 out of 5.

Group getaway

The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

Great house and location

The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

Perfect Week in Paradise

Everything was perfect about this property! As my son In law said, “The deck is epic!” It was a perfect place for our grown kids, significant others, and my parents! We had plenty of room and the weather was perfect! It’s not ultra fancy but we loved that about the house- we felt comfortable! Highly recommend!

The property management was so great to work with. Working with them could not have been a better experience. The main deck on the beach side of the house needs some repairs. There were several screws sticking up that are hard on the feet plus much of the wood is cracked, splintered, or rotten. One of the wooden deck chairs was rotten and falling apart. The rest of the house was nice.

This was a great location for beach lovers. The open living and dining space allowed everyone to be together while the beautiful windows gave you the feel of being on the beach 24 hours a day! Well stocked kitchen that was great since staffing is difficult post Covid. The only suggestion I would give the property owner would be for a larger grill. It was charcoal and small.

Annual beach vacation 2021

The property was very spacious so our 12 family members had plenty of room to spread out. We mainly spent our time lounging on the deck looking at the Gulf or were down playing in the water or lounging on the beach. We liked the short, private path from the house to the Gulf. The dining facilities were perfect for our large group. We could prep and set up food on one counter/bar area and we used the other two for eating dinner together. The location of the house was good in that we were within a few miles of a local seafood market so we bought fresh seafood most nights and cooked at home. There are plenty of family restaurants nearby also for anyone wanting to eat out. Overall our family had a great week at Navarre.
