Property location is excellent, right on the beach. Breakfast options are great, but lunch and dinner options not so much. The hotel’s main restaurant was closed for lunch on the holiday weekend. Water quality is terrible - it’s stinky and undrinkable.

My booking stated two queen suites balcony and in details it said ocean side. Other rooms specifically state bay side. When checking in I verified that my room was ocean side and the clerk said no. I told her what my booking said and she stated that’s not how the third party sent over the booking. (Expedia - though this is done hotels.com) I have a very disappointed little girl as that’s what she wanted especially since it would over look the “green pool”. I paid the price difference for that experience as well. I’m disappointed and the clerk had no intentions of correcting it.

The hotel was great with great amenities the only complaint I have is the water in the room could not be regulated no matter how you adjusted the handle on the shower. I let management know and they sent maintenance still didn’t get fixed It burned my son

We loved the restaurant! Excellent food. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast sausage wasn’t so good. The other foods were good. The bed was really uncomfortable. The fabric on the was slippery. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The front desk staff, breakfast attendants , housekeeping and the server at the restaurant were all awesome. We would go back. Maybe they will have new mattresses and bedding in the future ?
