Hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are not being cleaned during 3 days - in a beach hotel with sand everywhere. Breakfast could have been better too. For 280 $ per night that’s very disappointing. On top you have to pay for the parking - 25$ per day, never had that before in a beach hotel. The location is nice but then the rooms are not very well designed. The „suites“ part of the seating corner is placed in the far dark end and not inviting at all.

Maybe update like the Spring Hills suites in Pensacola Beach and Panama City Beach. The pool was NOT heated- like it advertised.

All was well but bed and pillows

The breakfast was ample and had some decent variety. The climate control in the room was impossible to get right.... It was either too hot or too cold. Bed was awful. I stay at Marriott hotels several times per month and the bed and pillows were just not comfortable. Usually Marriott beds are great but just not this time.

Location of the hotel is great. The on site restaurants are also very good. Disappointed that we had to pay for parking!! It was expensive.

It is a beautiful property in a beautiful and quiet area with amazing beaches. The staff are friendly and helpful. The common areas, such as where the breakfast (which is very good), the pool area, and coffee/cocktail shop, as well as the exterior are beautifully maintained, however the hallways, elevators and rooms are not well maintained, attractive, or very clean.

Property was right on the beach. Views were amazing and property was cleaned and well maintained. Loved the “Sweet Treat” bar. The banana pudding ice cream was delish!!

We loved our stay in Springhill Marriott. The umbrella guy was super helpful . We didn’t wanna drag everything to the beach. You pay for parking and you pay for the umbrellas, but the parking lot is huge. The staff was awesome. The hotel was clean. The beds were great The only thing was they might have been a little short staffed because they were working so hard and hustling, but sometimes the garbage would overflow so I did not give them a five for that. if you can afford it, you don’t have to really leave because you can have food from the bar. The pretzel is amazing. There’s a restaurant there’s a coffee shop so you can get coffee after breakfast is over and there’s even an ice cream shop. there’s also some sundries like the sunblock was only 25 cents more than we paid for it outside of the hotel . They carry sun bum products which are a little high, but my dermatologist said they are very good. My absolute favorite part about staying at this hotel is that you can see sunrise and Sunset right from the deck or you can just walk a few steps down to the beach to take pictures. It has a lazy river and a hot tub. people that stayed at the hotel were respectful . There were a lot of families and a decent amount of children and everyone got along. We met people. We had some nice conversations with people that we met . the lounges that you lay on are really hard so you might want to bring a pillow if you have hip or back problems, which is why we went down to the beach .

The hotel is nice. The location is perfect. The room was clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, like they're old and worn out. The breakfast was horrible. No one wants sausage, and the egg and cheese bites do not taste like eggs or cheese. They taste like something fictitious. The only fruit available was bananas! And the parking fee is ridiculous! $25 a day. If I am staying at the hotel, of course I need a place to park, but this is just plain greedy!
