Beautiful views! All staff we encountered were fantastic. The cleaning crew was exceptional. The bad- for $25 a day parking i shouldn’t have searched 5 floors to find a luggage cart. The on site restaurant was a disappointment, the staff was great, the old fashion was amazing. The shrimp linguine tasted like ketchup and the chicken Wellington was dry. The pool bar team was very friendly and attentive. We live staying at Springfields and will continue to do so.

The front desk staff were the rudeness ever. I travel all over and this was the worse customer service I have ever experience. They ended up costing me 600.00 as I HAD to moved to A different hotel.

Had issues with water in hotel. Some days the showers were all hot water and you couldn’t use or it was all cold water. They had issues with having to boil water and couldn’t drink the water.

Good food in evening and bar service around pool also good. Took over 1 hour to checkin...got there a little prior to 4, was not available...came back when suggested, still not ready, waited longer and someone else was having same issues, too. Floor in room had some sand and bathroom corners had dust, etc so don't think there is enough staff. Nice room, included breakfast but only until 9.30am Pool tile needs cleaning! Never could get clean pool towels, they were always being laundered.

Not worth the money!

This hotel cost $25 a night for parking! There was no complimentary coffee after breakfast. It was extremely noisy, especially because they put us in an adjoining room next to people with kids. There were no tubes available for the lazy river because everyone was hanging out in the pool area with them and there were no clean towels at the pool. We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. After this stay we will find somewhere else.
