The room was terrible. It was not maintained at all. Furnitures and walls have scratches, paint peeled off. Bathroom has rustic towel hangers, dirty and all most color stained mirror, rustic shower and rotten/aged wooden toilet cover. I found long hairs on the shower floor and a long bug in the bathroom. I cannot feel the room clean. In a building with carpet on floor was smelly like animal urine. They charged resort fee but I cannot understand why they charged. Because no one used any of pool because of frozen weather. And their pool area was in construction. It was wasting money and worst hotel experience.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this resort. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities (especially the pool and dining options) really stood out and made the stay enjoyable. That said, the customer service was a noticeable downside. Some staff members seemed disengaged, and a few requests took longer than expected or required follow-ups. While nothing completely ruined the trip, it did take away from what could have been an excellent experience. Despite the service issues, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, especially if improvements are made in staff responsiveness and communication. With better customer service, this resort could easily be a top-tier destination.

The rooms and building in the Beach House is not peaceful. They have events on the sixth floor apparently and you can hear it ALL on the fifth floor. This weekend we had music, bass, dancing, and ceiling shaking. We had an early flight today and my husband had gotten the flu and just needed rest. Between being able to hear everything upstairs, you also get to hear every conversation and noise and footsteps in your neighbor's rooms. I called the front desk 4 TIMES last night. I was told first there should be no music, they were sending security. Then I was told there is an event, will be done by 9 pm. Then they took down tables and chairs and drug them across the floor until after midnight. I called down about that. No luck. No sleep. Then our neighbors were obviously upset and were screaming at them to shut up and knock it off and banging on the ceiling to stop. Then brought and early this morning, more music and piano and singing. I went right to the front desk. They said there's an event going on. So two suggestions to this resort. Either move the events and parties to the main building OR better insulate all rooms in that building because we didn't pay that much money for an ocean view room to be kept at until after midnight, needing to wear ear buds to hear the TV over the noise, then be back at it early on a Sunday morning. Not acceptable. So yes you will have a nice view, however you will not have peace or quiet or sleep.

Let me preface this by saying it was cold while was there (28 at night). The heat wasn’t working so I called the front desk. The front desk person was kinda rude when discussing it. Only reason I gave 3 stars for friendliness is the maintenance guys that came to fix it were super friendly and the bartender, Ryan, in the lounge is the coolest. The rooms and property definitely need updated. The housekeeping staff could also use some guidance/training on cleaning up hair, refilling body wash, and not slamming doors/ being loud all morning. I think next time I’ll look elsewhere.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
$29 resort fee $15 a day parking. Smelled horrible. Vaping isn’t allowed. Felt more like a prison than a resort. The walls are so thin we heard neighbor rooms arguing all night. Best part was location which was good since being in the room was not a comfy good time.
