The Space:

Step inside Hillsboro Haven and experience the perfect blend of modern luxury and classic Nashville charm. The open-concept main floor is designed for gathering, with sunlight pouring in to illuminate the sophisticated decor.



The living area invites you to relax by the warm glow of the gas fireplace on a comfortable couch, catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or utilize the dedicated workspace if you need to blend work and play. This space flows seamlessly onto the ground-floor porch, your personal oasis for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, complete with a ceiling fan for those warm Tennessee days.



At the heart of the home is a stunning gourmet kitchen that will inspire your inner chef. Featuring beautiful stone counters, a large waterfall island with seating, a professional-grade gas range, and full-size stainless-steel appliances, it's equipped with everything you need. Enjoy meals together at the six-person dining table or at one of the five casual counter seats.



Upstairs, a bright and airy game area with a stone-top table offers a wonderful spot for board games or planning your city excursions.



When it's time to rest, four beautifully appointed bedrooms await. Things to note:

- One designated parking spot is available in front of the house. All other parking is on the street and first come, first served.

- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the

property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you'll be automatically notified.

- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of

your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and

additional fees may apply.

- A private washer and dryer are available on 2nd floor
