They told me the room was ready and gave me the key. Once I got to the door room service was still cleaning the room and wasn’t going to be ready for another 2 hours. The bathroom shower only had a curtain. Not so useful floor got really wet and I almost slip and fell. Bathroom was not safe with all the water.

It’s ok

Not terrible, but not great. Old with some updates. This is a motel, not a hotel. Walls are paper thin, we could hear everything and everyone. Rooms are small, plugs are limited (no usb ports), bathroom was not clean. Beds were good and the blanket on them was very comfy, I’d totally buy one if I could. Lol! Walk to Broadway was easy. All Staff was super nice! I did not eat breakfast or use any of the other accommodations. I wish there would have been a do not disturb sign to put on the door for housekeeping. It was ok for 2 nights.

It’s an outdated property. The staff is nice - but the hotel itself is outdated. Entry to the rooms is strange - you’ve got to go outside to go to your room. It’s like a motel in that respect. Our room layout was bizarre. Specifically, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way. It’s an average hotel and I’m surprised it’s on Expedia

Property was convenient to Broadway. Room was clean with a big bathroom, the the sink faucet was loose and the shower faucet just spun in circles. It took a while to figure out how to get hot water. Other than that, can't beat it for the price.

Great location! It is more of a motel than a hotel which I didn’t know when booking. I did appreciate they had a security guard working in the night which I liked when arriving home from an evening of Nashville fun and having to walk through a parking garage. The bar area is fun and they have live music. A nice budget friendly option so close to TPAC and Broadway!

involving the front desk supervisor, Cory Chester. I was subjected to unprovoked verbal abuse, including profanity and violent threats, which is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. Never in my life have I encountered such behavior from a hotel employee, let alone at a Choice Hotel property. This level of rudeness, aggression, and harassment is entirely unwarranted and unprofessional.

Good location - i was unaware there was no hotel parking. You can either park in a parking garage for 45 a night or pay for valet parking at the hotel for 30 a night. All the employees were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable

Gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The breakfast was next to my room so that made it convenient. Publix is also close so I walked over for some things. I don’t realize it’s a motel though. Everything was good though.

Was not aware this was an outdoor rooms property (no pictures on Expedia showing the hallways). Having to go outside to an elevator and outdoor hallways to find your room in freezing and below freezing temperatures was absolutely awful. I wouldnt mind it in fair weather conditions but being I traveled during a winter storm it caught me off guard.
