This hotel is just across the road (5 minutes) from Gaylord Opryland. There is Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Bob Evans close by. It was clean and modern looking. Plenty of fresh towels. Free breakfast had cereal, hard cooked eggs, oatmeal, tea and coffee. Staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located for a conference I was attending at the Gaylord Convention Center. Although I could have technically walked and there was a sidewalk and crosswalk, the businesses and area between the hotel and the Gaylord did not seem walker friendly, especially in the evening. I would stay here again.

Rooms are small but clean. No coffee in the rooms and there was no hot breakfast. Parts of hotel were still under construction, which made it inconvenient coming and going. I wanted to use the EV charging but it was not available yet. The front desk was friendly and the location is great if you are visiting the opry.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Located close to the Grand Ole Opry, but easy access to freeway to go downtown. I was impressed and would stay here again.

Nice location near Opryland and other places to go and properly was clean. But downside is this hotel is: very limited continental breakfast, no room safe, room cleaning only have day 2 of stay. Beds and pillows were not comfortable.
