Bed was stiff as a rock. Room was still dirty from prior people. Floor was dirty as if it had never been mopped or swept and found pills under the bed. The shower head could use a scrub or else it will continue to mold. Positive side, convenient area. Spacious living room and bathroom. It could be beautiful and cozy except for the staff not keeping up with cleanliness.

I paid $275 for the executive suite on the second floor and had no hot water from the sinks, tub and shower. When I asked staff to address it, they said no one was there to address it and they’d deal with it in the morning. No follow-ups or assistance in the matter.

The room was amazing. It was clean and very homey. Now was my impression of it skewed by the fact that I'd been in a freezing house for 3 days without power? Maybe, but I think this would be a top tier room for any reason.
