We stayed here for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, great amenities, in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Parking….meh. Had a great visit though, and the staff was friendly.

Great stay at the Motif. Everything was perfect besides the pool area is small and it is about a 30 minute walk to Broadway. Lots of amenities close by though.

New nicely designed modern hotel in quiet, safe location near many recording studios. Convenient to Broadway area by car in just a couple of minutes, but away from the noise, hustle and bustle. Walking distance to multiple restaurants.

Staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful! The room (suite) was terrific - clean and nicely laid out with a bedroom on each end of suite. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer, and dryer — all the amenities you could need! Beautiful rooftop pool on 3rd floor as well as a longe room off pool area. Very relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend a stay at The Motif!

Everything was wonderful. Only complaint is whoever stayed in the room above us must have had children. They ran up and down the hallway and were constantly moving the furniture. It was very loud. The units have pergo flooring so the noise they made was a lot and always present when we were in the room.

Our room appeared clean enough but smelled like sewer water. There was a horrible smell coming from the laundry closet. The tv in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We reported the issues to the desk. Nothing was done about the smell. The maintenence people looked at tv while we were out of room and after me calling the desk again since still didn't work they said it was a wifi issue and the provider would be called. After asking about it again(no one ever updated us after any of these unless I initiated it) they said it would be Monday before they could get it fixed, which was the day we left. The parking is pretty confusing. You pay a 3rd party to park and the sign at entrance of parking deck says to see the front desk before entering parking deck. The front desk tells you that you scan the qr code in parking deck when you park.
