Entrance was nice and poor was cute. The room was spacious and like a 1 bedroom apartment. Housecleaning did not do a good job of cleaning the room before we got there. There was very visible pee on the toilet and the floor around it and the area rug looked like it had not been vacuumed. It was disgusting.

Spacious area was like a smaller apt. Clean, price is a little high for area. Not really in walking distance to broadway etc as described. Bed was horrible. Communal area was not very welcoming. No complimentary breakfast. Not sure I would stay again just because the bed was so terrible.

The service was horrible, and the staff was very hostile. our rooms were never cleaned, even though we put it upon request. Staff was unwilling to help. Room was nice but bad experience

I really enjoyed the balcony option but the bedrooms and living room were much smaller. I think they only thing that would make stressing at motif better would be a blanket for the couch. this is our second time staying at MOTIF. In both times that was the only thing I wish I had while I was there was just a little throw blanket on the couch. It's a great location. We like to walk to the Gulch in the morning and get coffee. Highly recommend this place in. Would stay here again. The staff is always so nice and helpful as well.
