Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are 1.5 miles to Broadway and walking distance to 12th South and the Gulch. You can enjoy a view of Belmont, Vandy and Downtown while playing cornhole or just relaxing on the massive rooftop deck.

We have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths along with a large living and beautiful kitchen that you will enjoy.
As you enter the home on the bottom floor, the first bedroom on the left has one set of queen size bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom! Also on the bottom floor is a speak easy vibe game room! This game room also has a pullout couch!
As you go up the stairs to the second floor, you will walk into an open layout of a chefs kitchen and huge living room/dining room area!
On the third floor are the other two bedroom, both with a King size bed in each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other bathroom is in the hall!
Continue up the stairs and you’ll find the relaxing rooftop! Equipped with a grill, cornhole, a TV and plenty of furniture for your whole group to enjoy!

One of the few that are better than advertised.
Rooms are much bigger than they appear online. We used the game room, kitchen and roof top extensively. Gathering spaces are great. Very open and fun. Easy parking if you have vehicles. Huge TVs and a great blue tooth stereo. Very solid walls so you can really sleep. Beds are comfy. I would book it again. We were in town for college graduation. It was a perfect gathering place for 20 people to come and go and enjoy each other’s company. Only 4 of us actually stayed at the house but it could sleep a lot more.

Girls weekend
We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The best part is the fabulous rooftop deck- plenty of comfortable seats, big table and grill and a really nice fire pit. We also found the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was large and easy to use for all of us. The condo was clean and has lovely big windows. It is in a very convenient location to the Gulch, 12S area, and not far from Broadway. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood near Belmont. Overall, we had a great stay!
