The room was in good condition. The problem is you could hear everything outside the window. Especially the train rolling along the tracks. These places need to have the storm windows put in so it blocks the sound out. So it was tough to get to sleep even though the beds were comfortable. And the room was clean. But you guys can do better

I was a little uneasy when I saw the doors to the rooms went straight outside. The kind gentleman assured me that we were in a safe area. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Nashville ever. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed was excellent. Staff was so kind and very accommodating to my needs. I didn’t look at the pool as it was November. There was a Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House within walking distance. I was very impressed with the property and staff.

The room was clean, the check in staff was polite. The hotel is located next to a train yard and from our room we heard squealing of trains all through the night. The continental breakfast was nothing special. The usual waffle maker and some cereal. Expected a little something more. Didn’t utilize this feature the 4 days we stayed.

Sleep was impossible with the train yard across street. Screeching of the breaks all through the night. I’ve driven cross-country over the past 45 days and this stay “at the end of the road” ruined Nashville for me. La Quinta getting some good properties, so this surprised me. Do better Expedia.

Management was unable to get cleaning staff to clean room and apologized daily for the service not being complete. Bugs from outside came in under the door. The room had a few faults (daylight showed along the side of the door, towels were small and thin, tp was the lowest quality I've ever seen) but it was clean and had a nice couch and the money we saved by not staying in downtown Nashville paid for all the rest of the things we did each day. After the first night we barely noticed the shrieks from the train yard but if you are kept awake by noise you should definitely bring earplugs. 😂

The room needed to be updated and cleaned. The bathroom was filthy dirty. The pictures did not reflect an accurate reflection of the room. Also, it is located near train tracks, and the train goes by in the night and is extremely loud. We will never stay here again.
