The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook there. Our car was too big to fit in the garage, but the driveway parking was safe and met our needs. The one drawback was the street noise. The house faces a quiet street and neighborhood, but backs up to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that there is truck traffic through the night. Also, the street noise made the back patio very uninviting. Overall we were very happy with the place and the host.

Surprisingly spacious condo in safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here on the outskirts of Nashville. There was easy access to highways to get into the city, visit the Grand Ole Opry, and other nearby areas.

The location was ideal. If you have a large SUV parking will be extremely tight.Upon arrival I always wipe surfaces off. The ledge on the kitchen backsplash, and counter under it was extremely dusty. The patio area had spiderwebs that had not been swept away before our arrival. I"m a line dance instructor so I was teaching dances in the the living room. We kicked off our shoes only to find out that the rug was extremely filthy. Our feet were visibly nasty. One guest in our party has sinus issues, especially those triggered by pet dander, she struggled with an allergic reaction, especially in the living room area.We stayed for 4 nights. Upon receiving check-in info (the day before our check-in day) we were advised that there would be only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom. Noting we would need to provide our own after that. We were advised that bath rugs, blankets, and towels needed to be washed (only two washer tabs were provided). We were pressed to get up early to satisfy that request as we prepared to leave. I think the verbiage made the instructions off putting.In our opinion, the "housekeeping" requirements should have been provided prior to making the reservation. Spending money to perform housekeeping duties would have possibly changed our decision on selecting this property. We considered the the instructions to be a bit demanding. Check-in was listed as 4 p m , so we scheduled our arrival accordingly, actually check-in was noon. 9/18-22/25

This was such a nice place to stay. We felt safe, there is a cute little neighborhood to walk, close to shopping and entertainment, and the condo is so cozy. The master bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband, daughter, and I spent an extended weekend at this cozy condo for spring break and the listing does not do this property justice. Book! You will not be disappointed. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen has all the appliances and things you need… lovely place

Fantastic stay!

We booked this place for my 50th birthday trip. We (me, hubby, sister in law and her hubby) had never been to Nashville and this place fit our needs perfectly! Excellent location to downtown and in a great neighborhood! Every attraction we wanted to see was within 20 min-cant beat that! The 2 ensuites were perfect!!!!! House was VERY clean and had all the amenities we needed! I recommend Fox's Pizza if you want some food delivered-they were amazing (steak rancher pizza)! And DEFINITELY eat at Edleys BBQ- the best BBQ around! Cara the hostess was so wonderful and check in and out was super easy! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip! had a great bday weekend!!!!!

This is a clean, well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood.Thankfully, the powder room has a normal height toilet for the elderly with mobility issues.Most importantly, the beds are very comfortable!
