Why pay to park?
Did not like having to use the pay to park app even though they gave me a code to enter so that I wasn’t charged, it was a unnecessary complication and I didn’t understand why since there is plenty of parking there. Didn’t necessarily want to become a Hyatt member just to avoid parking fees. Unnecessary step, probably will stay elsewhere next time.

One staff member would not offer solutions on how to get the virtual card that Travelocity provided to work properly to pay our bill. He only offered excuses. Also a fire alarm went off at 1am and the front desk had no idea what caused it. It took over 10 minutes to stop and then you could still hear it on other floors. Not a favorite place to stay!
