The first room I was assigned and given keys to was still dirty when I entered. The desk staff didnt offer even an apology. The second room I was given was near the bar and right next to the fitness center. Was up late with the bar noise and up early with the sound of dropped weights in the gym. Breakfast was scarce and poor quality.

It was clean and close to venue for show we were seeing. However we were put in a handicap accessible room which was not requested or needed. Since we did not need those accommodations, I disliked the bathroom. There is no curtain on shower walk-in which made the bathroom use uncomfortable. The desk clerk did not tell us that we were being put in that type of room. If I had known that before we went up, I would’ve asked to change rooms but also we only stayed one night so I tolerated it. Otherwise, it was perfect location for our needs.

Entire 7th floor smelled like cigarettes, and once I stepped in the room, even more. It’s supposed to be a non smoking building. They moved me to another rooms this one, had male hair all under the comforter which means they didn’t change the sheets. The wall has stains everywhere in both rooms.

Day front desk manager (Elin ?)was excellent - courteous- friendly - a major asset to the hotel) would be good to have a phone jack in the bathroom with ability to put room phone in there when needed. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, including maintenance and housekeeping. Everyone engaged in conversation and asked about our stay. The breakfast was fresh, and the area was very clean. The room we had was large, and so was the bathroom. Everything felt clean and cozy. When we wanted to go out, Uber only took 3-5 minutes to pick us up. The TV and the thermostat were easy to control. The elevators were fast!
