We booked our room through Expedia for two nights. We knew what to expect as this was our second time at this hotel however this time we came in a camper van which was too tall for the parking garage. The valet were super nice and found a spot across from the valet. We would be charged 60 a night for an oversized vehicle.We felt comfortable due to its proximity to the valet. We went to town for a few hours to find our bikes had been stolen from our van.At that point we no longer wanted to stay because we didn’t think our other belongings in the van were safe either. We were told they had no surveillance cameras for that spot. We decided to leave. The hotel so far has refused to credit us any money except for one nights parking. I would gladly pay for one night as I understand I prepaid but under the circumstances I thought they would make an exception for the second night.We travel frequently and usually stay at Hampton inns. I hope this doesn’t end up being our last time.

The staff was fantastic especially at the front desk, but the lobby furniture is in need of being replaced. It was old, stained, and damaged. The room was nice, but the lobby could really use a makeover!

The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too soft. We had a jacuzzi but only two jets worked so that was disappointing but overall everything was very good. The breakfast was very good 😋

Great location and value

The property is very well located. It's a quick walk to the action on Broadway, but in a quiet, safe area. The free breskfast was a great benefit with our large group. The communication from the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Nashville.

Water stain on the ceiling and wall, stain was black in color. Bathroom door did not close The wall mounted Night stand was pulled away from the wall. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends

Room was Great! Staff was nice. I am a Hilton Rewards member and didn't realize when I booked through Expedia that I wouldn't get points for my stay :( Breakfast is mediocre. Sausage link would be better than the very flat sausage (didn't look appealing).
