Not the best, not the worst.
My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners.
