Great 5 nights!
Our room was nice & clean. Thank you for upgrading us to a city view. My only complaint was that scratches and scars on the doors & door facing(also baseboards & shower) need repair. The location is perfect for walking anywhere. Food at hotel is very good. I would suggest more snack foods for late night. The day staff was absolutely the best. The night staff acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with questions. I would recommend The ES for a safe and happy stay.

This was perfectly located for my conference! It was right downtown close to everything. The staff was always very nice and helpful. It was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was in a great location and had fantastic amenities-complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. our room was large, perfect for a girls trip, and clean. We plan on returning to Nashville and staying at this hotel again!

We had a suite room on a corner, beautiful large room with panoramic floor to ceiling windows. Great rooftop bar (Harriet’s) at next door hotel and short walk to the top end of Broadway. Downstairs restaurant good but morning breakfast disappointingly poor considering the finish and overall impression from rest of hotel.
