The stay was good. Check in was easy. The bidders complaint is that the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet (only a flat sheet) and the toilet was not cleaned on the outside. It wasn’t gross, just not clean. Otherwise the stay was great and convenient to downtown.

Bring your ear plugs!!!

Bring your ear plugs! The honky tonks in the alley played live music until 3 am every night. The later it got the louder they got. We asked to not have a room that would be subject to the noise but they couldn’t accommodate us. Great location for enjoying the city and the basketball tournament but got no sleep for 4 nights

Absolutely a lovely place to stay! From the second you walk in you feel valued and appreciated as a guests. The staff works 24/7 to meet your needs. If it is business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. The only comment would be the expensive valet parking with long wait times

When I initially checked in to my original room I had an issue. I called done to the front desk and had it fixed within 5 minutes. They were kind and attentive. A big shout out to Clayton Amorim for all his help. Would stay here again.

The rooms were beautifully decorated. Tyler at the front desk was very helpful! The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from Broadway and Printers Alley was right around the corner. Would stay again!

The property is excellent. However, be prepared for extra charges. 60 a day to park, a facility tax, a tax on the facility tax and a tax to stay in the room! So it is basically an additional 85 per night on top of the room rates.

Great location. Parking is horrible. Valet parking should be an easy way to get checked in but we were told it was a 20-30 minute wait to get valet parking???? It was a nice property and room, but nowhere near a $400 per night price tag.

Great room and location. Valet is not good. Guys hustle but are parking the cars far away. There were several people on either end of the valet waiting a long time. Hotel next door has a really fast valet service Long wait for drop off and we waited over 30 minutes for our vehicle on checkout. Park yourself or use a different hotel if you want valet.
