Parking is $60 a night. Outlandish cost for parking. May not stay at the hotel again because of it. I loved the hotel

The room we had was on the second floor. We could hear the bass and musics rumbling until 2am. The room was clean for the most part. The bed sheets felt wet from the humidity in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We thought it would be a little nicer for close to $500 per night once you add in all the fees and $70 to park. It was convenient to Broadway and the bars. We were also a little turned off by the smell of trash and dirty all around the alleys by the hotel and really bad down by broadway. Homeless people were hanging out on the sidewalks doing drugs or obviously on something. A girl was laying passed out in a doorway right along the sidewalk with hundreds of people walking by. You wouldn’t want to eat food on any first floor bar/restaurant unless you were fine with the smell of rotting trash while you ate. Music and live bands were very good. We understand the draw to go see them, but be prepared with how dirty it is.

Great hotel-perfect location. Great ambiance-restaurant, bar, breakfast, vibe. But best of all is staff-in a world of diminishing customer service the Dream team was just that! They provided great hospitality and took great care of us. All around wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is great! Very trendy place to stay, great location and the weekend brunch is so much fun. However, we requested a 2nd robe for the room and it never showed up. They just forgot. Kinda weird but we were too busy to keep following up on it. Felt like they were understaffed.
