2 night escape to Nashville!

This place was so so fun for our 2 night getaway to Nashville. I loved the location as it was right up the street from the main corners of Broadway/the strip. 5 min walk. The DJ music in the lobby on the weekends is a blast! Puts you in the party mood for sure. Hotel check in people were so lovely. They give you a glass of sparkling wine when you arrive! There are a ton of options at all hours for food and drinks right in house. A few issues: no maid service on the one full day we were there. Maybe that is not included? The condition of their Stateside bar was pretty beat up/dirty after their all day brunch is over at 4. Food and leftover fruit from drinks all over the floor. Again....perhaps understaffed? The service at that bar was also slow pre dinner hours when we stopped there. None of these minor issues would prevent me from staying again! I loved the vibe of this hotel!

We reserved a bronze room. My closet is bigger. We upgraded to a suite. The room was not cleaned or towels provided for 3 days. Normally I would hang towels to allow them to dry and be used again. No place to hang them! Twice I stopped at the front desk to ask for the room to be serviced and it still wasn’t done. For what we paid, this should have never been an issue. The staff at the front desk were fake nice. The man they sent up with clean towels was so nice. Check in wasn’t anything special. We even said we were in town for my husbands 50th. Nothing. Not even a happy birthday. We decided to pay to stay at a nicer hotel and it was an instant regret as soon as we checked in. Music was so loud on Saturday we couldn’t even talk inside the lobby.

This hotel is more for the party young folks. If you want a quiet early night this not the place. There is a nightclub in the back alley of the hotel and you will hear it until 1:00 to 2:00 am. We didn’t use any of the restaurants or bars at the hotel because there are many other destinations close by. The rooms were clean but very small. The staff at front desk were wonderful, very nice, and knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel was well mantained, clean and a good location but there was a lot of noise that carried up to our 6th floor room. The staff was kind and helpful but after checking out we were charged over $175 for 2 days of valet parking and additional misc fees which did not include any additional purchases by us. I have no idea why the fees were included since the stay aside from the parking fees were paid when we booked thru Expedia. Overall our stay was pretty enjoyable but seemed overpriced when all things were considered.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was great. Rooms were spacious and service excellent. Rooms cleaned and beds comfortable. The best part was the location to Broadway and Printers Alley. All were within walking distance. Valet guy was really kind and professional. Only complaint we had was toilet kept running after using and so we had to fix it every time when we needed to use it as it wouldn’t flush. Great hotel though and would stay again

Great place to stay for the location... But the city is dirty and full of homeless... Broadway waa clean but that's it. People sleeping in the middle of the sidewalk and the police did nothing... SAD
