Great place!

Property was clean, plenty of room for 10 adults, 15 mins from broadway. My only suggestion would be a note as to where the dumpsters were, we had a hard time finding the right ones when we took the trash out. But overall we had a great time!

This was a 50th Birthday Trip for two guest and a 40th for another, we had 15 people staying. Condo was very clean and up to date. Some of the Beds aren't meant for adults but we had a few staying that were in their 20's so it wasn't much of an issue. Would recommend.

Great setup for a Bachelor party

Great common area space, along with a nice rooftop view towards downtown. There was plenty of room for sleeping arrangements for a large group, plus the garage space was an added bonus. The hosts clearly outlined check in and check out instructions as well!

Very nice!

Pictures and descriptions on line were exactly what we found when we arrived. Nice appliances and comfy beds. Rooftop Is nice. You will definitely get to know your neighbors if their out. Downtown was a $9 Uber ride. Parking on the street was never a problem. Very nice.

I visited with 5 adult couples for a early birthday trip. We enjoyed each couple having privacy of their own bedroom with a door. Space was extremely clean and spacious. Garage fit two minivans without a problem which was much better than street parking. Uber rides were short and affordable to the downtown area. Only con was not much was walkable. Would recommend this property!

Awesome place to stay!!!

Fun and the view is awesome day and night!!! Roof top great for morning coffee, night time great place to have a few drinks and just relax, before heading downtown Nashville. I’d rent it again.

Great location

I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this property was very clean, which I appreciated. Also, from a location perspective, we could not have asked for anything better. It was within 3 miles of everywhere we wanted to be in Nashville. That said, there were some comforts of home that were overlooked. For instance there were no boxes of tissue in the entire home (we bought our own), the kitchen was not equipped with dish cloths or dish towels, most of the TV remotes did not contain batteries and the ceiling fans either did not work or only worked with the light on so you could not use them while sleeping. I rent properties while I travel at least twice/year and overall I would recommend this property but would like to see a little more attention to detail.

Amazing house. New house with large beautiful rooms. Pretty close to what ever you need and easy ride to downtown. All of my family would stay there again. The rooftop has a great view.
