Friendly and helpful check in….we were able to check in ahead of 4 pm time which was tremendous. Great location. Spacious clean room and Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries was a nice bonus

The staff was absolutely wonderful-friendly and helpful. The front desk and concierge provided helpful information and excellent recommendations. The "old school" lobby was charming; room was well appointed. The location was close to all the sights-museums, stadiums, Broadway music bars, adjacent to historic Printers Alley. Would definitely stay there again.

Good, clean basic room in a very convenient location for Titans games, Printers Alley, the Roman and Broadway. The disappointment was one elevator not working, & feeling like I really couldn’t keep the air controlled, but I would stay again.

Great location! It was only a 15 minute walk to my concert at the Brooklyn Bowl, and a 5 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I absolutely loved checking out by text message and just leaving my room keys in the room.

The walls are PAPER THIN. We had to listen to a couple going on and on (intimate) all night. 5am.. 7am.. i can hear them talking and the shower running with music. That’s not private enough for a hotel!!
