Internet was good, no issues. Upon check in the curtains in my room were missing, and with a window that looked directly out to the walkway privacy and safety was a big concern. I alerted the front desk, they were aware of the issue prior to me bringing it up. Thankfully, they did send up someone to fix right away.

The hotel was easy to find with pleanty of parking. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods, hot and cold. Ghe only downside to my stay was the air-conditioning did not cool tje room efficiently amd i have have it cold to sleep. It was cool (maybe 69) in the room after a obernight stay, and I'm used to 64. Overall, i would stay again, but would require the room to be cooled before arrival.

The place was ok. The problem was I got sick. I slightly solid the bed. They did not clean the next day. I had to put a towel over the bed to sleep the next night. When they finally did clean, They charged me for new linens and kicked me out. They did not talk to me, they did this overt a phone call. The management team is completely unprofessional and puts their staff in very confrontational no win situations. I ended up getting to stay there 1 more night, but that was do to A LOT of talking to the counter staff. Do to the management alone and their lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I would never stay here again. Because of this experience, I doubt I will ever stay at another Baymont by Windham.

Never given the password to WiFi and the deal clerk barely smiled and greeted you. Water pressure was great in shower Room was pretty clean we did have to remove a few stink bugs

Room (108) smelled like someone urinated in the ac. We had to leave the door open for 45 minutes and spray air freshner just to tolerate it. 10:46 am(check out is 11), our room door flys open. Unannounced, no knock and there stands an employee and me in my underwear getting dressed. "Check-out time" he yelled, then turned and walked away. No thank you. There's better options in the area and they are all really close.
