For the most part a great stay. Love the property and the amenities! Breakfast was AMAZING! Only issue I had was overnight I had to make a quick trip south and was done a couple of hours. Upon mh arrival I discovered I had forgotten my key. For safety reasons all main entrance doors are locked so you have to hit the intercom to alert the front deak person. It took an unnecessary amount of time to get a response from the overnight guy working. I began looking in the windows and had to look up the number to the hotel. Not only did I not get an answer on the first try I got to witness the clerk wake up from appeared to be a nap. When I explained to him what happened he kinda snapped at me with "you'll need an I.D to prove it's hoj5" in an almost accusatory manner. Totally different attitude from the lady that checked me in. She was the most pleasant person ever offering complimentary water and knowledgeable explanations about all the basics.

I’ve stayed here about a dozen times over the past several years and it has consistently earned a 5 star rating by me. Starbucks and a well lit and safe-feeling gas station are just around the corner and that’s great for leaving early and getting back on the road.
