Greeted very courteously. Nice, modern looking hotel. Room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice dog walking area. No coffee or microwave in the room, but available 24 hours in the foyer. They also have a water bottle fill point next to the ice machine. A short drive east of downtown Franklin (which is well worth a visit - fascinating civil war site, historic buildings and charming stores). The free breakfast is quite good, with hot options and a make-your-own pancake machine which provided some entertainment as well as decent pancakes. Two negatives: the fan on the a/c unit is rather noisy and cannot be turned off, which disturbed my sleep somewhat. Water pressure in the hand basin faucets was very low (shower was fine).

The worker was cleaning the counter and went to fix the yogurt machine. He didn’t put gloves on but just stuck his fingers in the yogurt. Beds are hard but I felt like the rooms are clean.
